Brussels Sprout Slaw

Ingredients

Base Ingredients:

16 oz Brussel Sprouts Shaved
2 Pink Lady Apples Diced
4 oz Toasted Pecans Chopped
½ cup Dried Blueberries or Cranberries

Dressing Ingredients:

2 Lemons Juiced
1 tbsp Dijon Mustard
¼ cup Olive Oil
1 tsp Salt
½ tsp Pepper
1 Garlic Clove, minced
½ tbsp Pure Maple Syrup

Directions

Combine all base ingredients in mixing bowl.
Place all dressing ingredients in container and mix with immersion blender (or whisk vigorously until combined)
Pour Dressing in with base ingredients
