Quinoa Encrusted Salmon
This savory Salmon is the perfect, easy-to-cook gourmet dish with serious "wow" power. Dijon mustard adds a zing of flavor to the lemon-dill quinoa crust, which locks in all the flavor when you bake it. Our new three bean salad (included) makes a wonderful base for this dish, and the juices running down from the salmon lend extra flavor to the beans, which will melt in your mouth. Approx. 6 oz Salmon Filet and 6 oz. bean salad per order.
This light but satisfying entrée pairs well with a nice glass of local Viognier (we like Barboursville Vineyards) or a Pinot Grigio from Gadino Cellars.
Ingredients: Fresh salmon, whole grain quinoa, Dijon mustard, water, vinegar, mustard seed, salt, white wine, fruit pectin, citric acid, tartaric acid, sugar and spice, lemon juice and fresh dill. Black Beans, white beans, edamame (immature Soy Bean), fresh red bell pepper, fresh lemon juice, olive oil, cumin and old bay seasoning (Celery Salt (Salt, Celery Seed), Spices (Including Red Pepper and Black Pepper), and Paprika.
Heating Instructions: Thaw completely and bake @ 400* for 20 min for a well-done salmon filet or adjust time to preferred level of doneness
