Our mini, Persian cucumbers are the best cucumber you have ever eaten! They’re thin skinned and about 6 inches long, with a sweet flavor and amazing crunch. No need to peel or seed them, they’re ready to be eaten right out of the bag. Eat them as a snack, or slice them up to compliment your farm fresh greens in a salad.
