**Notice to customers**
Please be aware that during this unprecedented period of demand we anticipate having to substitute a small portion of orders for our locally grown pasture raised eggs with a high quality, locally grown free-range egg. Our primary egg farmer is simply unable to increase production quickly enough to keep up with demand and we do not want our customers to run out. We expect this occasional substitution to be temporary while our farmer adds birds to his flock.

These are the eggs you want to be eating! Pasture raised from truly local farms in Virginia, the chickens that lay these eggs for you are happy birds indeed. They experience nature in their daily lives, foraging for bugs on over 2,000 acres of pesticide free fields. The eggs are washed and graded by hand, and from the first dozen you will be able to tell the difference.

Breakfast bowl

-2 cups TNH mesclun
-1/2 TNH tomato (sliced)
-1 TNH egg
-1 tbsp TNH piqual olive oil
-1/2 tsp salt
-1/2 tsp pepper

In a pan over medium heat, drizzle 1 tbsp of olive oil. Now crack the egg and cook 4-5 minutes until white is set. In a bowl, add 2 cups TNH mesclun and 1/2 TNH sliced tomato. Top the greens with the cooked egg and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Enjoy!
