Our homemade pan pizza gets a serious upgrade with the sophisticated flavors of caramelized onion, balsamic vinegar, fresh mushrooms and ricotta cheese. Even better, it's made with natural, clean ingredients that you can feel good about, and it's ready in minutes.

Ingredients: Dough ((wheat flour enriched (wheat flour, niacin, reduced iron, thiamine mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid), malted barley flour), water, extra virgin olive oil, yeast, salt, malted barley extract), pizza sauce (whole peeled tomatoes (vine-ripened fresh plum tomatoes, tomato juice, fresh basil leaf, salt, and naturally derived citric acid), salt, crushed red pepper), mozzarella (pasteurized milk, cheese culture, salt, vinegar, enzymes), ricotta cheese (pasteurized whey, pasteurized milk & sweet cream, vinegar, salt), onion jam (onions, balsamic vinegar, brown sugar, olive pomace oil, salt), mushrooms, olive pomace oil

- Preheat the oven to 375F.
- Remove the lid from the container and place the container directly on the oven rack.
- Bake pizza for 24-30 minutes, or until the cheese is golden and bubbly.
- Remove the container from the oven. For a crispier crust, remove the pizza from the container immediately and transfer to a wire rack for a couple of minutes to cool.. For a softer crust, allow pizza to rest in the container for a couple of minutes before removing.
- Slice pizza and enjoy!
