Stir-fry Meal Kit Recipe
1 large container of harvest sauté (4 ounces of arugula, kale, Swiss Chard)
1 container baby portabella mushrooms, sliced (approx. 1 ½ - 2 cups)
1 bunch green onions, sliced (approx. 1 - 1 1/2 cups)
3 - 4 large carrots, sliced (about 2 cups)
3/4 - 1 cup sundried tomatoes
2 Tbsp olive oil
½ Cup TNH stir fry sauce (more to taste)
1 lb Top Sirloin or Boneless, skinless Chicken Breast, sliced thin
1 Tbsp sesame oil (optional -adds great flavor)
2 cups of your favorite carb- like cooked farro or rice
Heat oils together in the pan. If using a protein, add meat to the pan and sear lightly over medium high on all sides. Add carrots and mushrooms to the pan and continue cooking. When carrots and mushrooms begin to soften, add Harvest sauté, green onions, and sundried tomatoes. Stir fry for a minute, then add stir fry sauce until vegetables are coated in sauce, carrots are tender and greens have slightly wilted. If using, mix in cooked farro or rice. Add additional stir fry sauce if needed, remove from heat and serve immediately.
