You can also customize this kit to include our Citrus Grilled Chicken for a hearty, balanced meal that's ready in a flash. It's also delicious paired with your favorite grain, like Farro or rice.

Asparagus Salad
1 lb fresh asparagus
1 large container of red leaf lettuce, roughly chopped
1 small container Lemon Sorrel, finely chopped
2 cups cherry tomatoes, sliced in half
¼ - ⅓ Cup TNH lemon thyme vinaigrette
1/4 cup TNH candied pecans (more to taste)
1 Tsp Olive Oil (for grilling)
Sea salt, to taste
12 oz. Grilled Citrus chicken -optional
Trim the asparagus, coat it with a small amount of olive oil and lightly season with salt to taste. Grill the asparagus (outdoor grill or indoor grill pans work great) to desired tenderness and set it aside to cool. Place lettuce, sorrel and halved tomatoes in a bowl, drizzle with Lemon Thyme Vinaigrette and toss. Make individual plates by If using, lay sliced citrus grilled chicken (warm or cold) on top of the salad, then arrange the asparagus on top (warm or cold). Lastly, sprinkle with candied pecans and serve!
