This Gouda style cheese from Mountain View Farms is named for a prominent hill the farmers can see from their pasture. Its sweet, nutty flavor and semi-firm texture makes it a worthy addition to your charcuterie board. It pairs well with a full-bodied red wine, a simple cracker, or a slice of our Italian bread.

*Aged Cheese sometimes has been cured for more than six months. The texture is much firmer than soft cheese. The taste of Aged Cheese is typically sour to the taste
because but is full of flavor.
