These awesome little guys are roasted locally for The Neighborhood Harvest by Bakers Crust. They will add a sweet bit of fun and crunch to your salad, and they're also addicting as an afternoon snack. If you missed breakfast, they're the perfect mid-morning boost with a cup of coffee.
Ingredients: pecans, pure maple sugar, egg whites, pure vanilla extract (vanilla bean extractives in water and alcohol) cinnamon, salt, water

-1 apple of your choice, sliced
-4 cups TNH mesclun lettuce
-1/2 cup TNH candied pecans
-2 tbsp pomegranate seeds
-2 tbsp TNH goat cheese
Instructions:
Add all ingredients to a serving bowl. Toss ingredients in dressing of your choice...we prefer TNH harvest vinaigrette! Enjoy!
