Chicken Tikka Masala

Ingredients: chicken breast, Greek yogurt (grade A pasteurized cow’s and goat's Milk, skim milk, cream, active bacterial cultures bifidobacterium lactis and l.acidophilus), paprika, Garam Masala (cayenne pepper, salt, black pepper, coriander, fenugreek, ground ginger and turmeric), Tikka Masala sauce (onions, crushed tomatoes (Tomato juice, less than 2 % salt, calcium chloride, citric acid), blended oil (75% soybean oil, 25% olive pomace oil), vegetable base (carrots, onions, celery, salt, sugar, maltodextrin, corn oil, less than 2 % of yeast extract, water, potato starch, xanthan gum, natural flavors, carrot juice concentrate) tomato paste (tomato paste, citric acid), salt, black pepper, paprika, fenugreek, coriander, turmeric)
- Defrost curry.
- Empty contents into a small saucepan. Add 1-2 tablespoons of water. If you prefer a more mild curry, add ½ cup of heavy cream.
- Bring to simmer and simmer on medium-low for 6-9 minutes, or until sauce reaches desired consistency.
- Ensure chicken has reached an internal temperature of 165F.
- Pour over rice and enjoy!
